April 30th to May 4th, I'll be teaching a special retreat about Intuitive Eating and meditation. More details in the video above, the sample schedule below, and at the link I've shared at the bottom of this email.

Here's a sample schedule:
7:30–9:00 am Silent Breakfast
9:00–12 pm Program Session - this is when we'll meet together
12:00–1:30 pm Lunch* 
1:30–2:30 pm Free time (I'll be napping)
2:30–4:30 pm Program Session - this is the second time in the day when we meet
4:45–6:00 Kripalu Yoga class
5:30–7:30 Dinner*

*Optional mindful meals together
