Would you like my new book Intuitive Eating for Life before anyone else?
First off, I want to thank you for being part of this community and for committing to (or at least being curious about) transforming your relationship with food and body in ways that are sane, compassionate, and sustainable. I do this work because I believe that the world needs the real you - the person who is not limited by feelings of inadequacy or the need to change according to an oppressive and money-hungry diet culture, the person who genuinely shows up in the world, for others and for herself! My mission is to help you reconnect with that person because when you do, we all benefit.
I’ve spent the last couple of years writing a new book called Intuitive Eating for Life: How Mindfulness Can Deepen and Sustain Your Meditation Practice. It's a more secular offering than Eat to Love and draws on more of the science of Intuitive Eating, Polyvagal theory, and trauma-sensitive mindfulness. It is filled with practical mindfulness exercises, vignettes from my work with clients, and new ways of looking at your relationship with food and body that might help move the needle in your own life. And it comes out on December 1, 2022!
And I have a special request for you, if you are interested:
I'm looking for 100 people to read the book before it is published and then post an honest review on Amazon and Goodreads on or around the publication date, December 1, 2022. If you would like to be one of these early reader/reviewers, please complete this google form so that you receive a copy of the book galley before anyone else.
Additional benefits of being an early reader and reviewer:
Private behind the scenes videos that I'll share just with our small group
A private launch day virtual cocktail hour where you can ask me anything
My undying gratitude and appreciation (which, to be honest, you would get anyway)
We have only this one body with us through our lives. From the moment of our birth to the moment of our death, it is what allows us to experience joy, heartbreak, delight, sadness, and all of our many emotions. It is what empowers us to do our work, to love our people, to move through the world with curiosity, love, and compassion. Caring for this body and using it as an instrument of love might be our most important job. I believe that kind of love could change the world. I hope you'll join me.
More love is on the way!
Love, Jenna
